Through my pieces, I investigate how relationships, experiences, and \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eenvironments influence this construction, both positively and negatively. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eThis reflection finds an echo in nature, particularly in the tree, which occupies a central \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eplace in my practice. Rooted in the past, it extends toward the unknown. The concept of \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003ebranching structures therefore influences my work, both in form and in thought. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eI am interested in the ways natural forms can be translated into controlled geometry. My \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eapproach consists of observing and reconstructing these organic elements in order to create \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003ea balance between control and chaos.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eMy creative process is based on collecting fragments of reality through photography. I \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003etransform them visually using digital tools before translating them into material through \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003etraditional craftsmanship. Also, fine gemstone cutting occupies an important place in my \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003epractice. Beneath this structure, a net inspired by plant cellular structures observed under the microscope supports the composition, echoing this idea of support. However, these stones rest directly above the wound, visible through the openings created by the structure’s filaments. The choice of the cup as the main form is linked to the idea of receiving like a cup receiving a liquid. It is a natural quartz crystal point that I inverted, then cut and carved into a \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003epolished dome. The dome creates a magnifying effect that reveals and enhances \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003ethe crystal’s natural facets. Rather than cutting traditional gemstone facets, I chose \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eto work with those already present in the quartz, using its natural geometry to \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003ecreate unique optical effects. It is a perfect balance between human intervention \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eand natural beauty. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eAround the stone, I carved a massive tree-shaped shank.
