Héron du Lac Leamy - Baromètre
This magnificent double-headed heron created for Lisa's solo exhibition at public gallery, Galerie Montcalm in Hull, can hang suspended from the ceiling or stand on the cedar base designed for it. Mixed medium with multi-fired porcelain; burned, pigmented and carved wood; and painted paper-based wings that have a glossy resin finish.
$5000 for the pedestal; $5800 on the sculpted pedestal.
90 x 140 x 150 cm, approx. 30 lbs., 2021. On the base, the upper beak reaches 8' in height.
