The Shape Collection. After taking specialized welding training at BKMW School in Brooklyn, Claudine fell in love with the combination of copper and silver. The pieces in this first collection give the impression that the silver is dipped in copper while the two metals are actually welded side by side. Thus, copper could never detach from silver unlike a plating. It is a production technique that requires a lot of attention to detail, but the results are impressive and much more durable than veneer.
