I was drawn to the striking contrast between the luminous gold and silver surfaces and the dark, aged bronze background. To reinterpret this historical technique in a contemporary way, I used simple leafing methods to create an abstract, brushstroke effect that echoes the appearance of traditional inlay.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe form was developed using tubing techniques, allowing me to create a voluminous, bulbous shape while minimizing material usage.
