Goose, a large expressive serpentine carving by Toonoo Sharky. The sculpture is signed by the artist on the base of each foot. “When I’m starting on a piece of stone, I like to slowly work on the piece until the shape starts forming into a shape I can recognize. Influenced by grandfather Kopapik Ragee and Shorty Killiktee, Toonoo`s first carving was at the age of ten and he has been carving ever since in serpentine and marble stone. Toonoo is the son of the late carver, Josephee Sharky and Ragee Killiktee.
