Micah Adams collects and reassembles found objects to create new meanings and new possibility. His works are hand-filed from coins with incredible precision and artistry. Originally from Nova Scotia, Adams received his BFA from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and was a resident artist at the Harbourfront Centre's metal studio in Toronto. He has since participated in artist residencies at Toronto’s Printmaking Centre and the Museum of Glass in Tacoma, WA. His work can be found in the collections of TD Bank, Fidelity Investments, Scotiabank and the Microsoft Corporation among many others.
