Ollie Parkin Design

Ollie Parkin was born and raised south of London, UK, where he received his education in Industrial Design and Engineering before moving to Canada. He lived in Vancouver for 15 years before moving recently to Prince Edward Island. 

Following his degree, Ollie found himself drawn to the more creative and artistic aspects of his studies and longed for a more unrestricted way to express his ideas. His robust artwork, made from coloured pencils and resin on a lathe, is inspired by his love for abstract and surreal art.  He enjoys playing with the composition of colours within his creations and follows the desire to create a structure with a texture that you can hold in your hands.
