"I try to create pieces with flowing lines by giving form to the metal. My approach is bounded with the old Japanese technique of the mokume gane that I combine with simple lines, which allows me to give life to a subtle and unique work.”

The technical and artistic qualities Pierre-Yves has developed in the last fifteen years give life to singular creations. His work stands out by giving the metal the subtlety of their colour, the lead role.

Pierre-Yves won first place for the Saul Bell Design Award 2019, with his piece "Moebius Strip No.1."
