Back Flow Censer by Zhangchi Shen

This work functions as an incense holder designed for use with backflow incense cones. When the incense is lit, the smoke flows downward through the sculpture and exits through an opening in the base, creating a cascading visual effect. The wood and concrete elements are permanently integrated and cannot be separated. The metal base is detachable. The work is presented with a box of backflow incense cones.
