This ring explores the relationship between structural simplicity and localized chaos. The engraved surface rises in controlled disorder along the shank, interrupted by textured shoulders that gather and hold an orange garnet, creating distinct zones of visual and material tension. The piece draws inspiration from the sun as a paradoxical system: perceived as harmonious and beautiful from Earth, yet fundamentally unstable and violent in its physical reality. The ring becomes a scaled translation of this duality.
