The most interesting thing about this ring is the stone, but mostly what I did with
it. It is a natural quartz crystal point that I inverted, then cut and carved into a polished dome. The dome creates a magnifying effect that reveals and enhances the crystal’s natural facets. Rather than cutting traditional gemstone facets, I chose to work with those already present in the quartz, using its natural geometry to create unique optical effects. It is a perfect balance between human intervention and natural beauty. Around the stone, I carved a massive tree-shaped shank. In the end, it became a true statement piece and conversation starter.
