Sterling Silver Football Player by Matias Beaulieu

This sculpture is inspired by the catch of American football player, Odell Beckam Jr in 2014. I was a football player for part of my life before stopping due to injury. This piece represents my transition from an athlete to an artist. The player is hand sculpted using the lost wax technique and the base was modeled in 3D then printed to be cast in silver.
